The hotel is ideal and located in a historic-style building. the location is perfect and magnificent, just steps away from the Great Amber concert hall. - It is a short walk to the vibrant nightlife, as well as nice pubs and restaurants.

The location turned out to be unbeatable, just next door to the port and a lot of bars and restaurants, the center, near the night life, near shop and shop. It also was very close to the centre of the town.

Dievinu sho viesnicu! Stunning and brilliant as ever. Stayed here 8 years ago, and my positive memories did not disappoint. Charming, fabulous and unpretentious (and may I add - very affordable). Any trip to Liepaja in the future - this is where I will stay.

This small hotel is quite clean and boasts an excellent location surrounded by pubs and bars within walking distance, as well as being conveniently close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral.

Excellent location close to all major attractions with a view of the garden and surrounding wooden houses, and a variety of delicious food choices available.

Staff was very friendly and the place and location was excellent! We had booked a budjet room for our stay but cos the double booking we got a family room for the same small price. We stayed in a separate building, few secs. away the main building, next to the parkin lot, where we were able to park our car as well for free. The room was on the second floor and had own bathroom (toilet and a bathtube) and there was also another bathroom outside the room plus downstairs we had also a toilet to use plus a well equipped large kitchen with a fridge etc. Also a nice backyard to stay if willing to. Main building where the hotel room are, they also have a shop to buy souvenirs and some small snacks to eat and drinks, postcards, shirts, mugs, small things etc. Main building itself plus the other, older one we stayed at where great and comfortable and each room had different style. We stayed at the oriental. It was in the best place next to the river, Fontaine Steakhouse restaurant, bar and club. Few minutes away from other sightseens and maybe max. 10 mins away by a car to Karosta (recommend). Also grocery & some other shops near. Plus the notes to follow and see the sightseen / the things you at least should see there. Also have Rock cafe near where could eat great pizza for quite cheap and a terrace (as well as the Fontaine Royal has).

A mirror would be nice in a room as well, we only had one in a toilet so if other people are using toilet you can not do anything but wait- that´s annoying esp. when are going out. Luckily I had a chance to use the other bathrooms mirrors but we stayed on the week - on weekends it´s not possible.

We enjoyed this place - unique and quirky hotel.

Good value, room was themed, staff were excellent. Units with a shared balkony.

The location here is very central, close to Rose Square and there's also a lake within a 30-minute walk.

I would like the option - to have breakfest in Fontaine Royal. The atmosphere of meal is very important especially for children

Modest, beautifully designed room with very comfy bed. A wide array of facilities such as: central heating and multi-channel TV. A favourable and unbeatable location walk from pubs and bars. Found in the lovely area.
